Every Monday from 7:30pm in Poole and every Thursday from 7pm in Bournemouth, teaching the Filipino Martial Arts of Kali Escrima Arnis & Dirty Boxing. All levels welcome. First week free. 

RAPID ASSAULT TACTICS (RAT)

Attend our RAT Phase 1 Instructor course in April 2025 and take on the challenge to become one of an elite group, qualified to teach Paul Vunak's military grade JKD.
