FMA FOUNDATION COURSE

Starting 23/01/25. 2hrs every Thursday from 7pm at Makenzies Gym in Wallisdown. Learn the basics of Filipino Martial Arts, we will be covering FMA Weapons and Dirty Boxing. Beginner friendly. Pre-booking is required. 

RAPID ASSAULT TACTICS (RAT)

Attend our RAT Phase 1 Instructor course in April 2025 and take on the challenge to become one of an elite group, qualified to teach Paul Vunak's military grade JKD.
